Website information

Terms & disclaimer.

The website provides general information about MacKenzie Lane Buyer's Advocacy (ABN 58 512 545 977) and its services. It is not a substitute for advice based on a specific property or personal circumstances.

General information

Property commentary, service descriptions and insights on this website are general in nature. They should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, building or investment advice.

Independent advice

Buyers should obtain appropriate legal, financial, building and other specialist advice before entering a property transaction. MacKenzie Lane may coordinate independent due diligence but does not replace those advisers.

Market information

Property markets, campaign details and availability can change without notice. While care is taken in preparing website content, accuracy, completeness and continued availability cannot be guaranteed.

Private Register

Registration does not guarantee access to a property, a suitable match, exclusivity or a completed transaction. Any introduction remains subject to the parties' agreement and appropriate due diligence.

Engagements

Website enquiries do not create a client engagement. Services, scope and fees are confirmed separately in a written Buyer's Advocacy Agreement following an initial consultation.

AML/CTF and AI use

Client engagements are also governed by MacKenzie Lane's AML/CTF Program and AI Usage Policy, both incorporated by reference into the Buyer's Advocacy Agreement — see the privacy page for a summary, or request the complete documents through the enquiry form.

This page reflects the website terms current as at Privacy Policy Version 2.0 (effective 1 July 2026).
